Apple’s security settings may block apps from unknown developers. To allow MT4, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Unlock the settings by clicking the lock in the bottom left, then select “Anywhere” under the General tab.
You can reset your MT4 or MT5 password through the client portal by clicking Reset MT4/MT5 Password on the Dashboard.
